Travel insurance
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival - without fee
- 29 days to 15 days before arrival - 30%
- 14 days to 8 days 70% cancellation fee
- 7 days to 0 days before arrival and no show 100% fee
- Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance.
Due to the corona pandemia we adjusted the cancellation policy fee. If the government publishes restrictions, like:
- Measures of quarantine (which are valid before departure)
- Restriction to travel outside your region
- “lockdown” in Alto Adige or the country of your origine
In case of cancellation the eventual deposit payed will remain for your next reservation.
